The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Kingsdown Drive, between Kennedy Road and Ranstone Gardens. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of six speed humps on Kingsdown Drive, between Kennedy Road and Ranstone Gardens, generally as shown on Attachments 2 and 3, Drawings TC-560 and TC-560-1to the report (October 3, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Kingsdown Drive, between Kennedy Road and Ranstone Gardens.
