Authorized the installation of traffic calming (four speed humps) on Kilmarnock Avenue, between Danforth Road and Moira Avenue, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-581, to the report (November 10, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Kilmarnock Avenue, between Danforth Road and Moira Avenue. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Kilmarnock Avenue.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (four speed humps) on Kilmarnock Avenue, between Danforth Road and Moira Avenue, generally as shown on the attached Drawing TC-581, dated October 2025 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
