The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council designate an on-street accessible parking space in effect at all times on the south side of Northview Avenue, between a point 52 metres west of Blantyre Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further west.
