The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Prohibited parking at all times on the west side of Moreau Trail, between a point 86 metres south of Georgina Gate and a point 35 metres further south.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending a parking prohibition on Moreau Trail, within, and adjacent to the curve south of Georgina Gate. The proposed amendment will deter parking in this section of the roadway and address sightline concerns caused by parked vehicles, while ensuring adequate space for vehicles to pass safely through the curve.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the west side of Moreau Trail, between a point 86 metres south of Georgina Gate and a point 35 metres further south.
