Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Cabbagetown, Old Town Toronto, and Yonge and St. Clair Business Improvement Area Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
