City Council designate a commercial loading zone to be in effect at all times, except from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the south side of King Street East, between a point 46 metres east of Trinity Street and a point 7 metres further east. 2. City Council prohibit stopping at all times on the south side of King Street East, between a point 53 metres east of Trinity Street and a point 15 metres further east.
