Requested the General Manager, Transportation Services to review and report back to the Toronto and East York Community Council on the feasibility of excluding the following properties from the Permit Parking program: - 1245 Dupont Street; - 1260 Dufferin Street; - 213 Emerson Avenue; and - 10 Graphophone Grove.

On the agenda

As the city filed it

I am requesting that the development at the Galleria Mall site be excluded fron the on-street permit parking program. Excluding new developments from on-street permit parking helps manage the parking supply and encourages residents to adopt more sustainable transportation options such as walking, cycling, and transit. This aligns with the City's broader goals to reduce congestion and lower emissions.
