The TTC Board: 1. Approved the Confidential Recommendations as set out in the Confidential Attachment 1; and 2. Authorized that the information and recommendation provided in the Confidential Attachment 1 is to remain confidential in its entirety as it contains advice which is subject to client-solicitor privilege.

The General Counsel has adopted the practice of providing the Board with periodic updates on large litigation matters (non-personal injury and accident benefits) where the potential financial impact, both favourable and unfavourable, is $500,000.00 or greater.
