Authorized the award of contracts for bulk supply and delivery of six automotive lubricants to the lowest-priced compliant Bidders for an initial two-year term commencing June 15, 2025, with a total combined upset limit amount of $4,485,527, inclusive of HST, as follows: a. Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. for the supply of the two Group A lubricants in the total amount of $4,135,195. b. Brenntag Canada Inc.
