The purpose of this report is to seek the appointment of a TTC Board member to the TTC-Metrolinx PRESTO Joint Advisory Group. The term of appointment for outgoing Vice-Chair Joanne De Laurentiis ended on March 26, 2025. Ms. De Laurentiis previously served as a member of the TTC-Metrolinx PRESTO Joint Advisory Group. The TTC-Metrolinx PRESTO Joint Advisory Group consists of the CEOs for both Metrolinx and TTC, together with two Board members each from Metrolinx and the TTC.
