Should the candidate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 18, 2026) from the City Clerk not be appointed by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority to its Board of Directors, City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 18, 2026) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about an identifiable individual being considered for nomination to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority Board of Directors.
