City Council advise the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario of its support of the application from Rorschach Brewing Company (Etobicoke) 815 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON, M8Z 5G8, for a Manufacturer's Limited Liquor Sales License for sales by the glass.

Rorschach Brewing Company opened in 2017 in the Leslieville area (1001 Eastern Avenue) and have been a local hub for food, drinks and community events for the past 8+ years. They recently acquired a secondary location in Etobicoke-Lakeshore that they are planning to open as an innovation brewery, taproom and retail store.

The Mayor recommends that: 1. City Council advise the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario of its support of the application from Rorschach Brewing Company (Etobicoke) 815 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON, M8Z 5G8, for a Manufacturer's Limited Liquor Sales License for sales by the glass.
