In December 2025, City staff from the Economic Development and Culture Division, supported by the Corporate Real Estate Management Division, led consultations with users of the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts (STLC) to help inform the City's state-of-good-repair and capital plans for the theatre, as well as opportunities to engage users of this civic theatre. These consultations were led by third-party facilitators, who will present an overview of key findings to the TO Live Board of Directors.
