This report recommends approval of the 2027 Electrical and Mechanical Services Price List for ShowTech Power and Lighting ("SPL") as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1. In preparing the 2027 price list, SPL and Exhibition Place staff considered updated labour rates under the new collective agreement and current GTA market conditions to ensure fair, reasonable, and competitive pricing. Since 2015, SPL has been the Exclusive Provider of electrical and mechanical services to events and exhibitions at Exhibition Place.
