measures to manage street parking; b. measures to promote and facilitate the use of public transit, both for people attending a match and regular commuters on match days; c. measures to manage overlapping major events; and d. measures to manage traffic in communities when we are aware of special events being held on match days, or when we can anticipate increased local interest in specific games, including during matches that are taking place in other host cities.
