This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that parking be prohibited on both sides of Delbasso Court, between York Road and the north end of Delbasso Court. The proposed regulation will deter excessive long-term parking on the street. During the course of the investigation, it was noted that there is a discrepancy between posted signs and the existing parking regulations.

Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on both sides of Delbasso Court, between York Road and the north end of Delbasso Court.
