This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Ringley Avenue, between Park Lawn Road and Stephen Drive. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Ringley Avenue.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (6 speed humps) on Ringley Avenue, between Park Lawn Road and Stephen Drive, generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-655 and Drawing Number TC-655-1, dated February 2026 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management Transportation Services.
