City increases interpreter contract spending by $51,000 to keep up with demand for court and revenue services
The city is spending an additional $51,291 on telephone interpretation services for court proceedings and tax/revenue work, splitting it across two existing contracts with 911 Interpreters Inc. that have been overused. A new one-month contract for the People and Equity division adds another $1,000. The amendment passed without debate.
