City Council to authorize release of Section 45 development funds for Elm Street streetscape improvements
City Council will consider releasing funds collected from developers at 8 Elm Street and 348-354 Yonge Street to pay for streetscape design and installation on Elm Street in the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area. The improvements follow design guidelines Council approved earlier. The Downtown Yonge BIA has partnered with the City on the project.
