This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Dalemount Avenue, between Madoc Drive and Shelborne Avenue. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the updated Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Dalemount Avenue.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (3 speed humps) on Dalemount Avenue, between Madoc Drive and Shelborne Avenue, generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-642, dated January 2026 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management Transportation Services.
