This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Ranleigh Avenue, between Mount Pleasant Road and Ronan Avenue. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Ranleigh Avenue, between Mount Pleasant Road and Ronan Avenue.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (2 speed humps) on Ranleigh Avenue, between Mount Pleasant Road and Ronan Avenue, generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC-641, dated January 2026 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management Transportation Services.
