Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Moatfield Drive.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (7 speed humps) on Moatfield Drive, between Valleybrook Drive and Don Mills Road, generally as shown in Attachments 2 to 4, Drawing Number TC-647, TC-647-1 and TC-647-2, dated January 2026 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management Transportation Services.
