Amended the CreateTO Human Resources Committee Terms of Reference, approved by the Board in its decision on Item 2021.RA24.1, such that: a. the composition of the Committee is reduced from four (4) members to three (3) members; b. the Chair of the Board shall serve as an ex-officio member and when present, the Chair of the Board is counted in assessing whether a quorum is present and shall have all the rights and privileges of the other committee members; c.

The Board of Directors of CreateTO at its meeting of September 13, 2021 adopted the Terms of Reference for the Human Resources Committee, as set out in in Attachment 1 to the report (July 29, 2021) from the Chief Legal Counsel, CreateTO Item 2021.RA24.1 .
