CreateTO board asked to direct redevelopment work at 770 Don Mills Road

CreateTO's board is asked to direct the chief executive to work with the Housing Development Office on a redevelopment strategy for 770 Don Mills Road. The proposal would also have staff work with Flemingdon Health Centre and The Neighborhood Organization on dedicated space, with staff reporting back in the first quarter of 2027.
