The owner of 124 Pegasus Trail has applied to Scarborough Community Council for a site-specific exemption from the requirements of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 447, Section 1.2B(1) - Restrictions on Fences; Height. The existing fence located in the front yard, within 2.4 metres of the lot line abutting a public highway, measures approximately 2.2 metres and 2.03 metres in height, which exceeds the maximum permitted height of 1.2 metres under Chapter 447.
