Authorized the installation of traffic calming (12 speed humps) on Crocus Drive, between Ellesmere Road and Armitage Drive (north intersection), generally as shown in the Attachments 3, 4, and 5, Drawing Nos. TC-715, TC-715-1, TC-715-2, to the report (May 13, 2026) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Scarborough Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Crocus Drive, between Ellesmere Road and Armitage Drive (north intersection). Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Crocus Drive.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (12 speed humps) on Crocus Drive, between Ellesmere Road and Armitage Drive (north intersection), generally as shown in the Attachments 3, 4, and 5, Drawing Nos. TC-715, TC-715-1, TC-715-2, dated May 2026, from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
