Amended Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to authorize permit parking to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, on both the odd-numbered (east) and the even-numbered (west) sides of Scotia Avenue from Milne Avenue to Butterworth Avenue.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Scotia Avenue between Butterworth Avenue to Milne Avenue from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Scotia Avenue between Butterworth Avenue and Milne Avenue to accommodate their long-term parking needs.

The Acting Director, Street Permits, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council amend Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to authorize permit parking to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, on both the odd-numbered (east) and the even-numbered (west) sides of Scotia Avenue from Milne Avenue to Butterworth Avenue.
