The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Requested the General Manager, Transportation Services, to study the feasibility of installing traffic calming measures, including speed humps, on Lynn Road between Cornell Avenue and Manderley Drive, Florens Avenue between Herron Avenue and Pharmacy Avenue, and McIntosh Street between Park Street and Highview Avenue, and, if warranted, report back to Scarborough Community Council by the first quarter of 2027 with recommendations to authorize installation.
