Council will vote on a proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment for a 14-storey building at 1167-1175 Bloor Street West, 34-42 Brock Crescent and 90 Croatia Street. The project by Safehaven Project for Community Living would include 52 rental units, 14 supportive group living units for people with disabilities or medical complexities, plus retail and institutional space in a Protected Major Transit Station Area.
