New Appointments to the TO Live Board
At its meeting held May 11 and 12, 2022, City Council appointed the following members to the TO Live Board for the following terms: • Lori DeGraw for a term of office starting as a public member on May 12, 2022 until May 31, 2022; and as Chair starting on June 1, 2022, and ending May 11, 2026, and until a successor is appointed • Gave Lindo for a term of office starting June 1, 2022, ending May 11, 2026, and until a successor is appointed. These new appointments fill the position held by Gabriel Michaan who resigned on March 1, 2022 and Robert Foster whose resignation as Chair takes effect on May 31, 2022.

The purpose of this report is to provide detailed information on the 2023 Plan and Budget to the Audit Committee. The agenda for the May 24, 2022 Audit Committee meeting, including the 2023 Plan and Budget Presentation (Attachment 1), as well as Confidential Attachment 1, is being published earlier than usual and provided to all Members of the Board and Committees, to allow additional time for review of the Budget materials.
