The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval of the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 822 at Meridian Hall.
The TO Live - Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 822 at Meridian Hall, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 5, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 5, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
