The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee: 1. Requested the City Clerk to consult with the Co-Chairs, Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee, and the Manager, Indigenous Affairs Office, on additional Committee meetings in 2020, subject to City Council's decision on Item AA2.6, and report to the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee at its first meeting in 2020.

The Terms of Reference for the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee state that the Committee will hold up to four meetings per year at the call of the Chair or Co-Chairs. In consultation with the Co-Chairs, the following meeting dates have been scheduled for 2020: - Tuesday February 11 - Thursday May 7 - Wednesday August 26 - Friday November 13 All meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. and be held at Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, in Committee Room 1 which is located on the second floor.
