The Budget Committee recommends that: 1. City Council authorize the reallocation of 2018 cash flow within Information and Technology's approved 2018 Capital Budget and 2019-2027 Capital Plan in the amount of $1.431 million, for acceleration and deferral of projects, as presented in Schedule A to the report (May 10, 2019) from the Chief Information Officer, with a zero budget impact. 2.
