At its meeting on March 1, 2019, the Chair, Board of Directors of TO Live gave notice in accordance with Section 45(2) of the Board's Procedures By-law that he would be recommending amendments to the By-law at this meeting. The proposed amendments would permit Board Members to participate electronically (remotely) in Board meetings in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act.

The Board of Directors of TO Live amend its Procedures to permit Board Members to participate electronically (remotely) in Board meetings in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act. 2.
