This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws. The purpose of this report is to seek Community Council approval for temporary traffic by-law amendments on Rosemount Drive, Comstock Road and Sinnott Road. The traffic by-law amendments are required to accommodate safe traffic movements and the re-routing of TTC bus service during construction work and partial road closures at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Birchmount Road.
