Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of a pedestrian crossover on the west side of Holmfirth Terrace at Vanwart Drive.

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends that a Pedestrian Crossover (PXO) not be installed on Holmfirth Terrace at Vanwart Drive as the existing conditions do not meet the warrant for the installation of such a traffic control device. Currently, this location is controlled by a stop sign for northbound traffic on Vanwart Drive at Holmfirth Terrace.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council not authorize the installation of a pedestrian crossover on the west side of Holmfirth Terrace at Vanwart Drive.
