As the city filed it

An operational review conducted in 2015 at the intersection of Kingston Road and Harewood Avenue, recommended that parking be prohibited on Kingston Road at the southwest corner of the above-noted intersection by removing one parking spot from the parking lay-by. It was recently identified by Transportation staff that the distance of the parking prohibition was excessive and resulted in the loss of four on-street parking spaces.
