As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Pharmacy Avenue, City Council approval of this report is required. This report recommends a U-turn prohibition on Pharmacy Avenue, between Dawes Road and St. Bede's Road. Prohibiting U-turns will provide a safer environment for all road users along this section of Pharmacy Avenue, which is in the vicinity of Regent Heights Public School.
Staff recommended
The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. City Council prohibit northbound and southbound U-turn movements at all times on Pharmacy Avenue, between Dawes Road and St. Bede's Road.
