This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that standing be prohibited on the east side of Shaver Avenue South, between Dundas Street West and a point 67 metres north, to reflect signage in the field. The proposed amendment will allow enforcement of the signed prohibition and will improve vehicle movements by maintaining a clear passage for vehicles.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit standing from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on the east side of Shaver Avenue South, between Dundas Street West and 67 metres north.
