Adopted the confidential instructions in Confidential Attachment 1 to the letter (December 11, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the letter (December 11, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority, remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to personal matters about identifiable individuals, and security of property belonging to the Toronto Parking Authority.

At its meeting on November 12, 2020, among other things, the Board adopted the confidential instructions provided to it in item 19.1. The Chair and Vice-Chair intend to bring additional information to the Board regarding some confidential personnel matters and request direction from the Board.

The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority adopt the confidential instructions in Confidential Attachment 1 to this letter. 2. The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority direct that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to personal matters about identifiable individuals, and security of property belonging to the Toronto Parking Authority.
