Authorized the public release of the name and curriculum vitae of the candidate named in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 4, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority, once the employment terms are agreed and at the discretion of the Chair. 4. Directed that Confidential Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (December 4, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority remain confidential in their entirety, as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals. February 1, 2021 The name of the appointed President, Toronto Parking Authority is Scott Collier. The appointed candidate's curriculum vitae contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 4, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority is now public, as follows: Scott Collier Mr. Collier was most recently the Vice-President of Customer and Terminal Services for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, which operates Toronto Pearson International Airport. During Mr. Collier's 6+ year tenure at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, he was responsible for the commercial and terminal operations of the airport including parking, ground transportation, retail, food and beverage, strategic partnerships, advertising, and customer experience. In addition, Scott and his team led the business development and relationships with its 65 airline customers and its three strategic government partners CBSA, CATSA and USCBP. Prior to joining the GTAA, Mr. Collier was Chief Operating Officer for PepsiCo Beverages Canada based in Toronto. During his 23 year tenure at PepsiCo, Mr. Collier held a number of senior commercial and operating roles across Canada, the United States and Mexico. Mr. Collier received his B.A. Honours (Economics) from Queen's University and his M.B.A. from the University of Windsor. He and his wife Caroline reside in the Town of Oakville and their two daughters live and work in the City of Toronto.
