The Request for Quotation (RFQ) was structured to purchase Seven (7) units from various tables in Lot A and Lot B. Following the evaluation, Fleet Services cancelled Lot A - Table 2 (2 Units) and Lot B - Table 1 (1 unit). To meet operational requirements One (1) additional unit was added to Lot A - Table 1 changing the total purchase to Five (5) units, which is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Recommended Supplier: Cubex Ltd.
