Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to remove one director who is no longer a member of the Eglinton Hill BIA Boards of Management.
