As Victoria Park Avenue borders two Community Council areas, City Council approval of this report is required. Transportation Services is recommending that the parking regulations be amended on the west side of Victoria Park Avenue, north of Queen Street East. The proposed amendment will extend an existing parking prohibition in effect on the west side of the street, an additional 8 metres further north to encompass a section between two closely spaced driveways on the west side of Victoria Park Avenue.

This parking amendment will discourage parking between the two driveways and will provide unobstructed sightlines for motorists.
