In accordance with Section 195-8.4 of the Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 195 (Purchasing), authorized the Chief Engineer and Executive Director, Engineering and Construction Services to negotiate and enter into an agreement with WSP Canada Incorporated, being the highest overall scoring proponent meeting the requirements of Request for Proposal, Ariba Document Number 3151539512 to provide detailed design, services during construction and post construction for Assignments 34-01/02/03/05/11 and 40-11, under the Basement Flooding Protection Program Phase 4, in the total amount of $29,391,010 net of all applicable taxes, $29,908,292 net of Harmonized Sales Tax recoveries as follows: a.
