City Council direct the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, in consultation with the General Managers of Transportation Services, Engineering and Construction Services, Toronto Water, and Parks, Forestry and Recreation to prepare a work plan and draft terms of reference for a planning study generally within 800 metres of the Glencairn subway station in support of the City's Municipal Comprehensive Review.
