The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority: 1. Reviewed and endorsed Toronto Parking Authority Policy Resolutions as follows: a. Policy Resolution 4-19 - Occupational Health and Safety Policy, attached as Appendix A to the report (September 13, 2022) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority; and b. Policy Resolution 4-22 - Workplace Harassment and Violence Policy, attached as Appendix B to the report (September 13, 2022) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority.

Joint Health and Safety Committee, at its July 22, 2022 meeting, conducted its annual review as per requirements under the Act and concurred with the policies, with no recommended changes to the following Toronto Parking Authority policy resolutions, namely: - Policy Resolution 4-19: Occupational Health and Safety Policy; and - Policy Resolution 4-22: Workplace Harassment and Violence Policy.

The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority review and endorse Toronto Parking Authority Policy Resolutions as follows: Policy Resolution 4-19 - Occupational Health and Safety Policy, attached as Appendix A; and Policy Resolution 4-22 - Workplace Harassment and Violence Policy, attached as Appendix B. and direct staff to enact these Policy Resolutions, as approved.
