The CreateTO - Human Resources Committee recommends the Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Approve and direct the Chief Executive Officer to implement a one percent Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for all CreateTO employees for the 2022 fiscal year. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 18, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO be made public after the affected employees have been informed.
