Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (September 7, 2023) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation, Ariba Document Number 3937497848 Description: For the Supply and Delivery of Endress + Hauser Manufactured Flowmeter and Pressure Monitoring and Diaphragm Seal Equipment, for a period of two (2) years from the date of award to September 19, 2025, with the option in favour of the City to renew the contract for three (3) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.
