In accordance with Section 195- 8.4.A of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 195 (Purchasing), granted authority to award Request for Quotation, Ariba Document Number 3775384972 for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of up to thirty (30) Rescue-Pumper Fire Trucks to Dependable Truck and Tank Ltd., in the amount of $33,590,760 net of all applicable taxes and charges ($34,181,957 net of Harmonized Sales Tax recoveries).
